Is your logo in OceanWP not letting you sized it up the your desired width and height? OceanWP makes it difficult to get the right sized logo and we found that we had to use some custom CSS to get it to the desired size. If you are using the sticky header addon you will also need to make some adjustments.
The following CSS allowed us to get our logo to our desired size:
