Project Description
The Floor Store is a flooring retailer based in SE Portland that needed a new website built from scratch. The goal of this project was to build a clean site with intuitive navigation and obvious branding. The products are showcased in a way which gives the visitor enough information to become interested and invites them into the store.
The Floor Store wanted to be able to update content on the site without the help of a developer. As a result we built out the site using WordPress and incorporated many different custom field options along with custom post types to organize the content.
The site also seamlessly integrates the Shaw catalog of products so the client can display the type of flooring available without having to constantly update online inventory.
